Refunds are only available if the organizer cancels the event. Missed events are non-refundable.

You can load money into your wallet, use it to buy tickets, or transfer funds to friends — instantly.

Your ticket is sent to your email and stored in your TicketLife profile. You can also download or screenshot it.

Check your spam/junk mail first. If it’s not there, contact our support team immediately via the Help tab.

FOR ORGANIZERS

Sign up for an organizer account, upload your event details, ticket types, and go live. Our dashboard lets you track everything.

You can request a payout to your bank account or TicketLife Wallet 24 hours after your event ends.

Yes! You can add transport options, merch, or voucher bundles to your event when you upload it.

Yes — we provide a scanner app and QR codes for all tickets. You can also add door staff as scanners.

Definitely. Contact us to boost your event and get it listed in the “Featured” section of the homepage.

Yes — TicketLife works across South Africa. Use the “Location” filter to find events near you.
