TicketLife does not store facial images unless required for event verification or security purposes. Where biometric data is used, it will be protected using secure systems and retained only for as long as necessary to provide the verification service.

  1. Refund Policy

TicketLife understands that plans can change and provides a structured refund policy for ticket purchases.

If a refund request is submitted 21 days or more before the event, the ticket holder will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket price.

If a refund request is made between 14 and 20 days before the event, the ticket holder will receive 50% of the ticket price as a refund.

If the refund request is submitted between 3 and 13 days before the event, the ticket holder will receive 25% of the ticket price as a refund.

Refund requests made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider used during the purchase.

If an event is cancelled by TicketLife, ticket holders may be eligible for a full refund or ticket transfer to a new event date.
